For 2025, The Davidson Prize is proud to partner with leading visualisation studio Hayes Davidson, who will provide expert creative consultation.

Hayes Davidson was established over 35 years ago by architect and visualisation pioneer Alan Davidson, whom the Prize was established in memory of. Today, Hayes Davidson’s diverse team of creative specialists continues to uphold the original values of creativity, innovation and fresh thinking.

Partnering with the most respected and visionary architects, developers, planners and agencies, the studio creates exceptional ways to help people and organisations communicate their ideas and ambitions.

David Bullock from Hayes Davidson said: “As a studio we are passionate about democratising the built environment and fostering wider participation and dialogue, so it seemed like a natural fit to partner with The Davidson Prize which encourages collaboration between disciplines. We have followed the Prize closely since its inception and are excited to contribute to the process, offering counsel to the finalists and winning team.”

Hayes Davidson will invite each of the three finalists to attend a workshop to help them visualise and communicate their design concepts.

The winner will also receive an additional week of Hayes Davidson's support to develop their winning concept to help them engage with key decision makers.
